Premirus Corporation is a privately held "C" corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Premirus has offices in Oklahoma City and Little Rock.

Management Team

Kevin King, M.B.A., J.D., MCDBA, MCSD

Chairman, President and CEO

Kevin King has been deeply involved in a number of various software development projects and in the management of information technology services for many years. Mr. King is an attorney and management professional with over 13 years of management experience. Mr. King is also a strong technical professional, with over 10 years of direct experience in software development and the design, implementation and management of large database structures. Mr. King has substantial experience managing the migration of a large mainframe operation to a fully client/server solution. For the six years prior to joining Premirus, Mr. King was the MIS Director and CIO of a state court system with several thousand users in a large number of geographically dispersed locations and a progressive IT architecture. Mr. King is a staunch advocate of the adoption of advanced technology within IT organizations and the realization of improved returns on technological investments through tighter integration of information technology and operations.

Mr. King is a well known figure in the criminal justice community, having been a faculty member at two BJA/SEARCH symposiums on criminal justice information systems, as well as numerous other conferences. Mr. King was a member of the Law Library of Congress/ American Association of Law Libraries Task Force on the Preservation of Digital Law and the chair of the American Association of Law Libraries Special Committee on the Preservation of Digital Law.

Mr. King is responsible for overall management of the financial aspects of the operations of Premirus Corporation, and is the chief software architect for the company.

Chris Jones, MCSE

Executive Vice President and Chief Infrastructure Architect

Chris Jones, Director and Chief Technology Officer, has over 13 years of experience in the information technology industry. Mr. Jones has managed mainframe operations, migration of a mainframe services organization to PC technology, and the implementation of a wide area high-bandwidth network with over 60 locations. Mr. Jones is a certified IT professional with key expertise in the development and implementation of large scale networks on Microsoft platforms, and is an established expert in the implementation of networks utilizing Cisco technologies. For the last four years, Mr. Jones has been the Director of Operations of a state court system with several thousand users in a large number of geographically dispersed locations and a progressive IT architecture. Mr. Jones is a strong proponent of improving business’s bottom line through innovative and effective implementation of technology, often repeating his view that successful use of modern technologies can finally deliver on the promise of the technological revolution.
