PDAC may be licensed for single developers, single servers, or entire organizations. In most cases, a site license covering the entire organization is the most cost effective solution, as this type of license covers an unlimited number of developers and servers. Edoctus and Pericura utilize the PDAC components to provide all of their integration with supported database platforms (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle). A license to utilize the PDAC components as part of the Edoctus or Pericura server applications is provided with the Edoctus or Pericura licensing package. You may utilize the PDAC within Edoctus or Pericura by expanding the scope of items available, such as adding data access items that provide additional functionality and integration with other databases and database applications. For use outside of the Edoctus or Pericura environment, a separate license is required.
